Description
The Club Coach is responsible for leading a competitive team through skill development, structured practices, and tournament play. This role emphasizes creating a positive and inclusive team environment while teaching fundamental and advanced volleyball skills appropriate to the athletes’ age and ability. The coach serves as both an instructor and mentor, promoting teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Responsibilities include planning practices, managing games, supporting athlete development, and working collaboratively with club staff and families throughout the season, including evenings and weekends.
